Success Story Fujicon x Etapasbar:
Connecting Online–Offline Sales, ERP, and HR for a Modern Traditional-Commerce Ecosystem

PT Etapasbar Ecomm Indonesia is an e-commerce startup based in Pasar Baru, Bandung, with a mission to accelerate the digitalization of traditional merchants. Through a web platform, an Android application, and WhatsApp-based services, Etapasbar enables sellers to showcase products online while still supporting offline transactions—bridging the gap between modern digital commerce and the realities of day-to-day traditional trade.

As the platform grew, Etapasbar faced a set of operational challenges that are common for fast-moving commerce startups. First, online and offline sales processes were running in parallel, making it difficult to maintain one consistent source of truth for transactions. Second, the marketplace and eCommerce website were not yet connected to the ERP backend, which limited visibility into inventory movement, order status, and financial reporting. On the internal side, employee membership management and attendance were still handled manually—creating administrative friction and slowing down routine HR processes.

Together with Fujicon, Etapasbar took a structured approach to unify their operational flow end-to-end. The key step was integrating Point of Sale (POS) with eCommerce and Marketplace channels using Mobikul and Seller Dashboard, allowing sales activities—whether happening online or offline—to be managed in a connected system. This integration strengthened transaction traceability, helped reduce duplicate work, and enabled more reliable operational monitoring across channels.

To support internal operations, Fujicon also helped automate HR workflows—from attendance and leave management to recruitment—so Etapasbar could reduce manual administration and improve consistency in employee records. Beyond sales and HR, Etapasbar enhanced day-to-day operational readiness with the Maintenance module, ensuring better control over operational assets and support processes. In addition, the Members module was implemented to support community and membership-driven activities, aligning with Etapasbar’s ecosystem approach to empowering traditional merchants.

This implementation leveraged a comprehensive suite of applications to support Etapasbar’s business model and growth: CRM, Sales, Point of Sale, Purchase, Project, Timesheet, Expenses, Inventory, HR, Loan, Accounting, Dashboard Default, Wablas, Email Marketing, Event, Survey, Website, Ecommerce, Marketplace (Mobikul, Seller Dashboard), Live Chat, Members, Maintenance, and an Android App. With these systems working together, Etapasbar is now better positioned to scale—by connecting online and offline sales into a unified workflow, strengthening ERP-backed operations, and simplifying HR and operational administration to support continuous growth.
