Fujicon x Hotel Citere Success Story: Integrating Reservations, POS, Stock, and Finance in One System

Citere Resort Hotel is an accommodation in the Pangalengan area of Bandung, offering a cool mountain atmosphere with a choice of bungalow and standard rooms. The hotel also features amenities such as a swimming pool, restaurant, breakfast service, and free Wi-Fi. With operations spanning both room service and F&B, the need for a clean and connected system is increasingly crucial to ensure excellent guest service while maintaining easy transaction and reporting for internal teams.

Before partnering with Fujicon, Hotel Citere faced a common challenge in growing hospitality businesses: hotel management and point-of-sale (POS) operations were still separate. As a result, operational flows were not "connected" with financial records, leaving the hotel without a financial reporting system that was truly integrated with daily activities. Another challenge lay in inventory and transaction management—when restaurant sales, housekeeping needs, and operational inventory usage were not recorded in a single flow, inventory control became difficult and transaction reconciliation was time-consuming.

The collaboration between Fujicon and Hotel Citere focused on unifying core processes into a single system. Hotel Citere implemented Hotel Management to integrate and simplify the management of reservations, rooms, and hotel services. To support hotel and restaurant cashier activities, a Point of Sale (POS) system is implemented so that F&B and service transactions can be processed quickly and accurately. To ensure more orderly control of operational goods, Inventory is used to manage stock—from restaurant supplies and room supplies to other operational needs. Furthermore, all transaction movements are directed to be connected to Accounting, so that financial reports can be compiled more systematically and relevant to actual operational conditions.

The applications used in this implementation include: Sales, Hotel Management, Point of Sale, Inventory, and Accounting. With a more integrated system, Hotel Citere now has a more robust workflow: reservations and room service are more organized, cashier transactions are faster, inventory is easier to control, and financial reporting is clearer because it is directly linked to daily operational activities.
