Fujicon vs. Inkindo West Java Success Story

Digitizing Membership, Projects, and Assets in One Centralized System

The Indonesian National Association of Consultants (Inkindo) is an association of independent consulting firms that plays a vital role in promoting professionalism and integrity in both the construction and non-construction sectors.

As an organization with a diverse membership and diverse activities, Inkindo West Java requires a system that is not only streamlined internally but also robust to support consistent membership services and communication.

Prior to the collaboration with Fujicon, Inkindo Jabar faced several operational challenges. Project activities and employee timesheet recording were not optimally monitored, resulting in less than ideal visibility into daily work and activity reporting. On the communication side, interactions with members were still largely manual and poorly documented—which easily led to lost communication records and hindered follow-up when activity volume increased. Furthermore, Inkindo Jabar lacked a truly centralized member and asset management system, even though the organization needed control over member data and the assets used to support association activities.

The collaboration between Fujicon and Inkindo Jabar focused on unifying these processes into a single, integrated platform. To ensure more accurate work activity recording, Inkindo Jabar utilized Project & Timesheet as the basis for project activity recording. This made it easier to monitor and report on actual activities, rather than simply a manual recap at the end of the period.

On the membership services side, Inkindo Jabar has begun building a more modern system with a Member module for member data management and Live Chat as a more responsive and documented communication channel. This helps the organization maintain more organized member conversations, inquiries, and follow-ups, while also improving the member experience when interacting with the secretariat.

For asset management needs, Inkindo Jabar has implemented Asset & Maintenance so that organizational assets can be recorded, their condition monitored, and maintained according to a clearer schedule. This approach provides the organization with better control over assets and maintenance activities, allowing for more planned use of supporting facilities.

This implementation is supported by a comprehensive application ecosystem tailored to the organization's needs and activities, including: CRM, Sales, Purchase, Project, Timesheet, Expenses, Inventory, HR (Attendance, Time Off, Payroll), Loan, Accounting, Default Dashboard, Ninja Dashboard, Wablas, Email Marketing, Events, Surveys, Website, Asset & Maintenance, Live Chat, and Member. With a more centralized system, Inkindo Jabar now has a digital foundation that helps monitor internal activities, strengthen communication with members, and manage organizational assets—driving more professional, scalable, and growth-ready operations.
