Fujicon vs. Optik Yuda Success Story :
Unifying Sales, Inventory, and Finance for Streamlined Branch Operations
Optik Yuda is an eyewear retailer with branches in Bandung, Garut, and Tasikmalaya. In addition to purchasing and replacing glasses and lenses, Optik Yuda also provides eye exams, with both general and BPJS payment methods. With multi-branch operations and a variety of services, maintaining accurate sales, purchasing, inventory, and financial reporting is key to a stable and easily scalable business.
Before implementing the partnership with Fujicon, Optik Yuda faced challenges common to multi-branch retail businesses. Sales and purchasing processes ran without a well-documented history, making it difficult to review past transactions—whether for audits, complaints, or sales evaluations—data was not always readily available. Furthermore, material purchasing was not integrated with stock movements, making it difficult for the team to see the relationship between purchased items and available stock and the flow of goods in and out of each location. Financial administration was also handled separately, slowing down the reporting process and requiring manual recaps.
The collaboration between Fujicon and Optik Yuda focused on building a simple yet connected end-to-end workflow. First, Optik Yuda implemented Sales and Purchase so that sales and purchase transactions are neatly recorded, have a clear history, and are easily traceable. Next, stock management was strengthened through the Inventory module, which automated and recorded the movement of goods—from receiving goods and transferring them between locations to issuing goods due to sales. With more organized stock, decision-making, such as restocking and distribution between branches, becomes easier.
To ensure comprehensive business reports, Optik Yuda also utilized the Accounting module to record all financial transactions in a single system. As a result, sales, purchase, and stock data can be "connected" to financial records, resulting in more consistent reporting and no longer relying on separate records.
This implementation was carried out using core applications: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Employee (Multi-Company Setting) to support multi-branch operational management. With a more integrated system, Optik Yuda now has a clearer transaction history, better control of stock, and streamlined financial administration—helping branch operations run more efficiently, while also facilitating future business evaluation and development.
