Fujicon x PT Promisco Sinergi Indonesia Success Story

From Manual Processes to Integrated Operations for Sales, Projects, and HR

Company Overview

PT Promisco Sinergi Indonesia (Promisco) is a geotechnical consulting firm delivering services such as geotechnical investigation, field supervision, and professional courses related to geotechnics. Promisco also runs training programs for geotechnical software, supporting engineers and technical teams in building stronger analytical and reporting capabilities. With projects requiring accuracy, documentation, and consistent execution, Promisco’s operations depend on reliable coordination across commercial, project, and administrative functions.

Situation (Before)

As business activities increased, Promisco faced operational friction caused by workflows that were still largely handled manually. Recording the sale of services and purchasing products from vendors required repeated manual inputs and made transaction tracking less practical. Inventory and asset control were not yet optimal, including the challenge of managing and monitoring company assets. At the same time, project and cost tracking were not fully structured, making it difficult to maintain clear oversight of project expenses and control budgets. HR administration was also not integrated, resulting in employee data such as attendance, leave, and overtime being processed separately and requiring additional compilation work—especially when preparing payroll outputs.

Challenges

Promisco needed to address four core issues:

  1. Manual sales and purchasing processes (including service sales recording and vendor procurement).
  2. Inventory and asset management that was not yet optimal (including asset management).
  3. Project and cost management that needed stronger structure and visibility.
  4. HR administration that was not integrated across attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll preparation.

Solution Implemented (After)

Promisco implemented an integrated solution that unified key operational processes:

  1. Sales & Purchasing Automation. Service sales recording and vendor purchasing were standardized into a single workflow to reduce manual steps and improve traceability for reporting.
  2. Integrated Inventory & Project Management. Inventory monitoring was connected with project activities, helping teams manage items, support project documentation, and improve day-to-day control.
  3. Automated Payroll Slip Creation & Mass Distribution. Payroll slips were generated automatically using data from attendance, leave, and overtime, then distributed in bulk via email to employees—streamlining payroll administration and improving consistency.

Result

By transforming manual processes into an integrated operational workflow, Promisco improved coordination across sales, purchasing, project execution, and HR administration. The company gained clearer traceability of transactions and better structure for inventory, projects, and payroll processes—supporting a more consistent and scalable way of working.
