Promisco is a company specializing in geotechnical consulting—from land investigations and supervision to geotechnical software courses and training.


With a business that combines professional services, project activities, and field needs management, Promisco requires a streamlined system to ensure all activities are recorded, costs are controlled, and operations run smoothly without relying on manual record-keeping.

Prior to the collaboration with Fujicon, several core processes were still performed manually. Service sales and product purchases from vendors were recorded separately and were time-consuming, creating a high risk of data loss and difficulty tracking. Operationally, inventory and asset management was also suboptimal—including the management of assets used for field activities and office needs. Another challenge lay in project and cost management: as project activity increased, cost controls had to become tighter to maintain profitability. Meanwhile, HR administration was not yet integrated, making managing absences, leave, overtime, and payroll more challenging than necessary.


The collaboration between Fujicon and Promisco then focused on integrating end-to-end processes so that all data was "connected" within a single system. The primary step began with sales and purchasing automation, making transaction recording faster, more organized, and easier to track—for both service sales and vendor purchases. Next, Promisco implemented integrated inventory and project management to clarify inventory movement, project requirements, and the recording of costs directly related to work activities. This flow allowed the team to more easily monitor project expenditures and ensure operational controls ran according to plan.


The most noticeable impact on daily operations is the integration of HR and payroll. The system is designed to automatically generate payslips based on attendance, leave, and overtime data, eliminating the need for manual recaps that are prone to delays or discrepancies. Once the payslips are generated, the system also supports mass email delivery to employees, significantly speeding up and streamlining the administration process.


The applications used in this implementation cover Promisco's core needs: Sales, Projects, Purchases, Expenses, Inventory, HR (Attendance, Time Off, Overtime, Site Office, Payroll), and Accounting. As a result, Promisco has achieved a more streamlined and measurable work process: sales and purchase transactions are more automated, inventory and projects are more manageable, costs are easier to monitor, and HR and payroll are significantly more efficient and professional.
