Success Story: Fujicon vs. PT Bola Dunia Walet
From Manual Processes to Integrated Operations for Sales, Warehouse, and HR
PT Bola Dunia Walet is a seaweed-based food producer, specifically agar-agar, with a distribution network that reaches the domestic market throughout Indonesia and exports to various countries in Asia. With this scale of distribution, administrative speed, stock accuracy, and operational data accuracy are crucial—as even the slightest delay or input error can impact shipping, production, and cash flow.
Before partnering with Fujicon, several core processes were still manual. Recording product sales was done manually, making it difficult to clearly monitor transaction status. On the production side, recording production processes and reporting on production results was also manual, which prevented output control and stock requirements from always being synchronized. Another challenge arose from the HR side: attendance recording had to cover both internal employees and casual workers, while the digitization of HR administration, such as leave, payroll, and employee data, was still not neatly integrated into a single system.
The implementation with Fujicon then focused on digitizing the processes that most directly impact daily operations. On the sales side, a process for creating and managing Quotations through to Sales Orders was established, with clear status tracking—from draft, to confirmed, to shipped—so the team had full visibility into the sales pipeline and shipping progress. To ensure stock availability to support production and distribution needs, the system was also designed for multi-warehouse management: raw materials, finished goods, and other relevant needs. The goods receiving and stock recording processes were automated to ensure accurate inventory movement, reducing the risk of stock discrepancies and accelerating warehouse operations.
On the HR side, the implementation of the HR module helped the company address a complex yet highly practical need: tracking daily, weekly, and monthly attendance for both internal and casual employees, and linking it to payroll. This integration resulted in more consistent payroll calculations because they relied on automatically recorded attendance data, rather than manual recaps that were prone to confusion or delays.
The applications used in this implementation covered end-to-end requirements: CRM, Sales, Purchase Subscription, Project, Expenses, Assets, Inventory, HR (Attendance, Time Off, Payroll, Recruitment, Surveys), and Accounting. Through a more integrated system, PT Bola Dunia Walet now has a more streamlined operational foundation: sales are no longer “dark status,” multi-warehouse stock is more controlled, and HR administration—including attendance and payroll—runs faster, more accurately, and is ready to support domestic and export distribution expansion.
