Multi-Company Integration for Faster Group Operations and Financial Reporting

Mursmedic is an ASEAN healthcare company providing end-to-end solutions, from registration and distribution to manufacturing of medical products.


With a broad business scope and a group structure comprising multiple entities, Mursmedic needed a system capable of unifying cross-company processes without sacrificing operational control and speed.

Before implementing with Fujicon, Mursmedic's main challenge was integration. Many companies within the group were still operating with disparate systems, some even lacking a fully connected system. The impact was clear: consolidating financial reports across entities was complex and time-consuming, while manual approval processes often created bottlenecks—hindering purchasing, operational activities, and even important decisions that could have been made more quickly. On the other hand, production processes and inventory management were also inefficient, resulting in suboptimal control of stock movement and production flows for the medical industry, which demands accuracy and traceability.


Fujicon and Mursmedic's collaboration focused on building the foundation of an integrated and scalable group system. A key step began with the implementation of Multi-Company, enabling cross-company management within a single platform while maintaining data and control segregation according to the needs of each entity. To address approval process bottlenecks, a Multi-Approval module was implemented to streamline approvals, streamline them, and make them easier to track—reducing reliance on manual processes that often delay. In the core operational area, Manufacturing was implemented to strengthen production process control, from workflow and material usage to monitoring production progress. For integrated reporting at the group level, Mursmedic utilized the Ninja Dashboard to consistently summarize data from all entities for management evaluation.


In this implementation, the applications used cover end-to-end operational needs: CRM, Sales, Purchase Request, Purchase, Project, Timesheet, Expenses, Inventory, HR, Accounting, Default Dashboard, Ninja Dashboard, Multi Approval, Manufacturing, and Multi Company (8 companies). As a result, Mursmedic has a more solid system for managing multiple entities: cross-company processes are more connected, approvals are faster, production and inventory are more controlled, and financial reporting between entities is easier to organize in one integrated view.
