Fujicon x PT GITS Indonesia Success Story:
Unifying CRM, Projects, and Finance in One Centralized System
PT GITS Indonesia is a technology company that provides scalable software development services—from web to mobile applications—that are tailored to business needs. As projects and operations grew, GITS faced common challenges common to service companies: separate sales and purchasing processes, the lack of a centralized system for monitoring projects and expenses, and difficulty tracking employee attendance and leave. Furthermore, financial reporting was also not yet integrated, resulting in slower control and decision-making processes due to data being scattered across multiple locations.
In collaboration with Fujicon, GITS began transforming its business processes by implementing a system that connects the upstream and downstream flow. Initially, CRM and Sales modules were used to streamline lead management, resulting in neatly recorded sales, allowing for clearer pipeline and follow-up status. Next, the procurement process was strengthened with Purchase Request and Purchase Order automation, ensuring that internal requests, approvals, and purchases could be tracked effectively and were no longer disconnected from project requirements. To ensure teamwork remained focused, the Project module served as a central hub for project management and task distribution, allowing for more transparent monitoring of project progress. Crucially, Fujicon also integrated HR and Accounting modules to centralize HR management (including attendance and leave) and better integrate financial reporting with operational activities—helping GITS view business conditions with more comprehensive data.
In this implementation, the applications used reflect GITS's comprehensive operational needs: CRM, Sales, Purchase Request, Purchase, Project, Timesheet, Expenses, Inventory, HR, Accounting, as well as the Default Dashboard and Ninja Dashboard for monitoring needs. Control is also strengthened through Multi-Approval, and the system's organizational structure supports Multi-Company operations with up to eight companies. With a more integrated system foundation, GITS now has a more streamlined workflow: sales are connected to procurement, projects are monitored along with expenses, HR data is consolidated, and financial reports are more readily used for evaluation and management decisions.
