Fujicon x PT GITS Indonesia Success Story:
Unifying CRM, Projects, and Finance in One Centralized System

Company Overview

PT GITS Indonesia is a technology company that provides scalable software development services (web and mobile) tailored to business needs. With multiple projects running in parallel and teams collaborating across functions, the company requires strong coordination—especially across sales, procurement, project execution, HR operations, and financial reporting.

Situation (Before)

As the company expanded its delivery capacity, PT GITS Indonesia faced fragmentation across key business processes. Sales and purchasing were handled in separate workflows, making it difficult to maintain end-to-end visibility from opportunity to delivery. Project management and project expense control were not supported by a centralized system, which reduced oversight of cost, progress, and task distribution. HR teams also experienced challenges in tracking employee attendance and leave consistently. Meanwhile, financial reporting had not yet been integrated, creating additional effort to consolidate data and produce reliable reports.

Challenges

PT GITS Indonesia needed to address four main issues:

  1. Sales and purchasing processes were still managed separately.
  2. No centralized system for project management and project expenses.
  3. Difficulty tracking employee attendance and leave.
  4. Financial reporting was not yet integrated.

Solution Implemented (After)

To overcome these challenges, PT GITS Indonesia implemented an integrated solution across core business functions:

  1. CRM & Sales Implementation. CRM and Sales modules were applied to manage the full cycle—from prospect handling through to confirmed sales—creating better pipeline control and clearer tracking.
  2. Purchase Request & Purchase Order Automation. Purchasing workflows were streamlined through automated purchase requests and purchase orders, improving procurement control and reducing manual coordination.
  3. Project Module for Execution & Task Distribution. A project management module was used to manage projects more centrally and distribute tasks more clearly across teams, supporting structured execution and visibility.
  4. HR & Accounting Integration. HR and Accounting modules were integrated to build a centralized HR system and enable integrated financial reporting, reducing duplication and improving reporting consistency.

Result

By moving from separated workflows to an integrated operational system, PT GITS Indonesia strengthened visibility across sales, procurement, project execution, HR administration, and finance. The organization gained better control of project activities and expenses, improved attendance/leave tracking, and enabled more consistent financial reporting—supporting scalable growth and more efficient internal coordination.
